About Our Grills
What are your grills made from?
Our grills are handcrafted from Corten steel — a premium weathering steel that develops a natural rust-like patina over time. This isn't damage; it's a protective layer that makes the grill more durable and gives it a unique, distinctive look. Each grill is made by hand in our workshop in Riga, Latvia.
Are all grills the same?
Because each grill is handmade, there may be slight natural variations in appearance. This is part of the character of a handcrafted product — no two are exactly alike.
Do you sell accessories?
Yes! We sell BBQ accessories separately, as well as sets that combine a grill with accessories — perfect if you want everything in one package.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Get in touch with us at info@winstaco.com and we'll confirm availability, lead time, and send you an invoice.
How can I pay?
Currently we accept bank transfer and cash. Card payments will be available soon.
How long does it take to make a grill?
Since grills are handmade to order, production time varies. We'll give you an exact lead time when you enquire.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Riga and Jelgava. We plan to expand delivery across Latvia and to the EU from next season.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. We'll include this in your quote when you place an order.
Grill Rental
What rental options do you offer?
We offer two options:
Weekend rental (Fri–Sun): €350 — includes delivery and pickup within 50 km of Riga city centre
One-day rental: €150 — no transport included; you arrange pickup and return from our location
What is included in the rental?
You get a fully prepared, high-quality grill ready to use. The weekend rental includes transportation to and from your location (within 50 km of Riga).
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount will be confirmed when you book.
Can I cancel a rental booking?
Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before the rental starts. Within 72 hours, a 50% charge applies. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
How do I book a rental?
Email us at info@winstaco.com with your preferred date and location and we'll get back to you promptly.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a grill if I change my mind?
If you ordered online, you have 14 days from delivery to return it under EU consumer law. Please note that custom or made-to-order grills cannot be returned as they are built specifically for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it — repair, replacement, or refund.
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty as required by EU law.
