Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information needed to process your order or rental booking — such as your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. This information is used solely to fulfil your order and is never sold to third parties. We store order-related data for 5 years as required by Latvian accounting law. Enquiry data is deleted after 12 months.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at info@winstaco.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

Terms & Conditions

All grills are handmade in our workshop in Riga, Latvia. Due to the nature of Corten steel, each grill is unique and may have slight natural variations in appearance — this is part of what makes it special.

Orders are confirmed once we issue an invoice and payment is received. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer or cash. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are quoted separately.

Grill Rental:

• Weekend rental (Fri–Sun): €350 — includes delivery and pickup within 50 km of Riga city centre

• One-day rental: €150 — no transport included; customer arranges pickup and return

• A refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking

• The renter is responsible for the grill during the rental period

• Cancellations: free up to 72 hours before the rental starts; 50% charge within 72 hours; no refund for same-day cancellations

We currently deliver in Riga and Jelgava. Delivery timescales are confirmed at the time of your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you ordered online and changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, no questions asked — this is your right under EU law. To start a return, email us at info@winstaco.com. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order grills cannot be returned, as they are built specifically for you. Rental services cannot be refunded once the rental period has started.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law.
